Every day has room for a rest.

Brevé is a mental health app built around sound. We pair short guided sessions with music and natural atmospheres, curate every one, and base each technique on research.

For thousands of years, sound has been used to calm our most stressful moments.

Parents hum their babies to sleep. Some hospitals play music to patients before surgery. Brevé builds on that same instinct.

Every Brevé session pairs a guiding voice with music and a natural soundscape, mixed for headphones so you can close your eyes and follow along.

Every session has a place.

You might spend ten minutes on a coastline at dusk, in a forest under morning fog, or beside a lake with no wind on it. You hear the place before you picture it, and after a while it gets easier to go back there in your head.

Coastline at dusk
Forest in morning mist
Dunes at blue hour
Still alpine lake

Made by people who know the work.

Every session is shaped by regulated healthcare professionals and curated from techniques with published evidence behind them, so you can trust you're using information that works.

Freya and Navaro
Freya and Navaro, the voices of Brevé

In Italian, breve means brief.

In music, a breve is the longest note most composers write.

We named Brevé after both. The sessions are short, and the calm is meant to outlast them.

For the minutes you already have.

Calm works best as part of a normal day, so we built Brevé around the gaps in it, like the two minutes before a call, the walk home, or the stretch of dark when sleep won't come. Sessions are easy to start, and easy to come back to after a day off.

Your journey is your own.
